Lucas means Light .Use it as Luke, or Luka. I find that light is often the meaning of names I like. in Spanish the word for light is LUZ and it is a popular name for women.

Lucky Luke is a Belgian comics series created by Belgian cartoonist Maurice De Bevere, better known as Morris, and for one period written by René Goscinny. Ah Belgian comics. I went to French school and we read them all. Tintin, Asterix, the Smurfs – a very distinct genre that is generally unknown on this side of the pond (except the Smurfs, or if you go to French school).

I grew up knowing Asterix and Tin Tin but Lucky Luke was new to me. I guess it is because my Dad went to French school!
